We are seeking qualified allied health professionals including occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, physiotherapists, speech pathologists and rehabilitation counsellors.
Your role as a Rehabilitation Consultant will include:
- Working with job seekers individually and in groups to help them to get and keep their job
- Providing assessment, case management and discipline specific services in line with client/job seeker and customer needs, organisational policies and procedures and established quality requirements
- Building collaborative relationships with employers to maximise opportunities for durable job placements in local communities
- Supervising and coaching team members as appropriate
- Assisting the regional manager and senior rehabilitation consultant(s) with unit operations and strategic planning (APS6 only).
Position number: PN WABULKRC – There are various non-onging (up to 12 months, may be extended and may become ongoing) positions available.
Your role as a Commercial Rehabilitation Consultant will include:
- Providing comprehensive early intervention and return to work programs to a range of customers, employers and insurers
- Providing assessment, case management and discipline specific services in line with client/job seeker and customer needs, organisational policies and procedures and established quality requirements.
- Supervising and coaching team members as appropriate. Contributing to discipline specific expertise to build team capability.
- Working in a virtual customer service team environment delivering a range of injury management and injury prevention services.
- Managing a varied caseload and delivering quality services across a number of locations.

CRS Australia offers competitive salary rates, including 15.4% superannuation.
